A command like that doesn't seem to be against its nature, so it shuts down, the egg or seed it's carrying contained within. You might wonder how to bring it back "alive" later, but its hovering subsides and its plates close as it lands, resembling an egg itself when it is fully shut down. It's a bit big, something like the size and shape of a trash can, roughly, but you can run with it, maybe even tie it to your back if you wanted.
One way or another, Nia will start looking for places to get out of sight.
