[Emerald Flame] Re: OOC: Cypher System changes meta-discussion

I don’t feel any particular urgency to modifying the existing rules to match rules that aren’t out yet. This is a new system to me, so I’m not in a position to ha be much of an opinion on whether or not the rules need adjustment.
