We can figure out some character elements and background bits as we go, of course, but please let me know if anything is needed from me, especially with the factions and relationship connections --- and on that subject, be aware that I renamed "neutral" to "conflicted", to capture (hopefully) that relationships are never mundane (and to match 13th Age-style framing).
I'm going to start a new thread for starting up in Locke, coming once I can finish (over lunch? maybe not?).
